Courses, fees and enrollment: your questions answered.
Choosing a course, making sense of the fees or getting ready to enroll? Here are the practical details learners and parents often need.

Choosing your course
What can I study at OUAAZIZ Center?
We offer English, French, German, Spanish and Moroccan Darija, alongside school support, office software and e-commerce training. Children can also join robotics and mental arithmetic workshops.
Are there courses for adults and children?
Yes. English and French have adult and children’s options. Spanish and Darija also welcome both age groups; the German program shown is for adults. Robotics is for ages 6–12 and mental arithmetic for ages 5–12. For language lessons, tell us your child’s age so we can check the appropriate group.
Can I start with no knowledge of the language?
Yes. Our language pathways start at A1. English and French run from A1 to C1; German and Spanish from A1 to B2. Darija also welcomes beginners. If you have studied before, tell us what you understand and can already say, and we will help you choose a starting point.
What happens in a language lesson?
Lessons bring together grammar, verb forms, vocabulary and communication. Games and language activities give learners a chance to use what they have studied. We focus on understanding an idea and then putting it into practice, taking learners’ pace into account.
Do you offer language exam preparation?
Yes: IELTS and TOEFL for English, DELF and TCF for French, ÖSD for German and DELE for Spanish. Tell us the exam, target level and planned date. Preparation content, duration and fees need to be agreed with the center; the general language course price is not an exam-preparation quote.
Language fees and duration
How much are adult English and French courses?
Adult English and French courses cost 350 MAD per month or 950 MAD for three months. A 150 MAD registration fee is added to your chosen option: 500 MAD for one month or 1,100 MAD for three months at enrollment. A level covers 40 teaching hours. The center confirms days and times based on your group and availability.
What are the children’s English and French fees?
The children’s option costs 800 MAD per level or 300 MAD per month, plus 150 MAD registration. A level contains 40 hours, with 1½-hour sessions, usually twice a week. Select the children’s per-level or monthly option in your request. We will check the group against your child’s age and level; the 40 hours cover a complete level, not one month.
What is the German course schedule and price?
German costs 600 MAD per month or 800 MAD per 40-hour level. Registration costs 150 MAD. The center confirms your group’s days and times.
How long is a Spanish level?
Spanish costs 1,200 MAD per three-month level or 450 MAD per month, with two sessions per week. Registration costs 150 MAD. Courses welcome children and adults from A1 to B2.
How are Darija lessons arranged?
Sessions usually last one hour, with the pace agreed around your course. The price is 150 MAD per session for 1–9 sessions, or 120 MAD per session when booking 10 or more together. Ten sessions cost 1,200 MAD, with no registration fee. Choose your session count in the booking form to see the total.
School support, training and workshops
Which school years and subjects do you support?

Second-year baccalaureate support also covers accounting, business economics and organisation, and general economics: 500 MAD per month with three 1½-hour sessions weekly. Contact us to clarify which subjects that fee covers. School support has no registration fee.
What does the office software course cover?
The course covers Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. It lasts three months, totalling 40 hours, with 1½-hour sessions. The full course costs 1,200 MAD plus 200 MAD registration. The center provides computers for the sessions. The team confirms your group timetable with you.
How long is the e-commerce course?
The course lasts one month, totalling 24 hours, with 1½-hour sessions. It costs 800 MAD in total with no registration fee. Before enrolling, talk to us about your project, the tools and modules covered, and any subscriptions you may need.
How does the junior robotics workshop work?
The workshop welcomes children aged 6–12 at the Moulay Idriss I center during the school year. There is one two-hour session a week. It costs 300 MAD per month plus 200 MAD registration at the start. Materials needed for the activities are available during sessions.
What are the mental arithmetic options and fees?
Mental arithmetic is for ages 5–12 at the Moulay Idriss I center. Each session lasts 1 hour 30 minutes. The fee is 250 MAD per month for one session a week, or 300 MAD per month for two sessions a week, plus a 150 MAD registration fee. The center confirms the group’s days and times.
Does the center provide the materials needed for lessons?
Learning resources and materials needed for the activities are available during sessions at the center, according to the program. Computers are also provided on site for office software training.
Preparing to enroll
How do I request a place?
Open the booking page, choose your program and option, then add your goal, availability and the learner’s details. Check the summary and choose an available payment method before submitting. For English and French, select the appropriate adult or children’s option. The center will then check suitable groups and a starting date with you.
What if I do not know my level?
You can say so in the form without guessing a level. Tell us your goal, such as conversation, study, work or exam preparation. We will go through that information with you to find a suitable pathway.
Is my preferred start date guaranteed?
The date in your request is a preference. We still need to check the group, level, timetable and location with you. Wait for the center’s confirmation before making arrangements for your first lesson on that date.
Can I request lesson times that fit around work or study?
Yes. In the booking form, choose the days and times that suit you from the available options. These preferences help us find a suitable group; they do not automatically reserve a lesson. The center will confirm a time or discuss an alternative with you. Group timetables can change as new learners enroll.
Do I need to know how many Darija sessions I want before booking?
If you know how many sessions you want, enter the number in the form. The total covers all selected sessions, with the lower rate applying from 10 sessions. Otherwise, you can agree the number with the center. In that case, only payment at the center can be selected; bank transfer and PayPal remain unavailable until the session count and amount are settled.
Which documents are needed for language enrollment?
For language courses other than Darija, prepare two photographs and a national identity-card copy; for children’s English and French, use a parent’s identity-card copy. The Darija form asks for the learner’s passport number and nationality, without uploading a passport copy. The center will clarify any documents needed for your circumstances. A bank receipt is only for tracking a transfer; you can provide the bank transaction reference instead.
Are there registration fees in addition to tuition?
At the start of training, registration is 150 MAD for English, French, German, Spanish and mental arithmetic; it is 200 MAD for office software and robotics. Darija, school support and e-commerce have no registration fee. Registration is shown separately from tuition.
Does my reservation include registration fees?
Yes. The registration fee set for your program is automatically included in every reservation total. The summary shows tuition and registration separately. There is no option to remove the registration fee.
Does submitting the form confirm my place?
We receive your request first, then our team reviews the enrollment details and any payment. We will contact you to confirm your place and starting date. Keep the reference and tracking code shown after submission to check your request’s progress.
Payment and tracking
Which payment methods can I choose?
You can choose bank transfer or payment at the center. PayPal can be used when it is available for your enrollment. The form shows which options are available for the amount due. For a transfer, provide either the bank transaction reference or the receipt. No online proof is needed when paying at the center.
How does PayPal payment work?
When PayPal is available and the amount due is confirmed, you can open the PayPal payment flow from your tracking page. Check the displayed amount before approving. The site then verifies the payment result. You do not need to upload a screenshot or bank receipt for PayPal.
What do I do if I choose bank transfer?
Check the bank details and amount shown in your enrollment. Include your enrollment reference in the transfer description. Once you have transferred the money, enter either the transaction reference supplied by your bank or a JPG, PNG, WebP or PDF receipt up to 5 MB, then select “I have completed the transfer”. You only need one of the two. The bank reference is different from your OUAAZIZ enrollment reference. The center checks the payment before confirming enrollment.
Can I submit my request and pay at the center?
Yes. Choose “Payment at the center”. Your request is submitted as pending, with no online payment or proof upload. We will review your file and payment arrangements with you before you start.
Why can’t I always select bank transfer or PayPal?
The amount must be confirmed before you pay remotely. For exam preparation, requests that need a quote, or Darija with no session count yet, choose payment at the center: the team will first clarify your program and its price. PayPal also needs to be enabled for your enrollment. A disabled option does not stop you from submitting your request.
How can I track my request or correct a detail?
On the booking page, open “Track an existing request” and enter your enrollment reference and private tracking code. You can see the enrollment status, payment status and any messages from the center. To correct a detail, contact us with your enrollment reference rather than creating a second request. Keep your tracking code private.
What is the WhatsApp message offered after my transfer for?
It summarises the useful details of your request to make it easier to speak with the center. The message is prepared for you, but you choose whether to send it in WhatsApp. If the website has confirmed that your bank reference or receipt was submitted successfully, the center already has it. The WhatsApp message does not replace payment verification.
