The website and the center

This website presents the language courses, school support and training offered by OUAAZIZ Center in Essaouira, Morocco. You can explore programs, start a registration request and contact the center.

Our contact details and two reception addresses are listed on the Contact page. Before visiting, check with us where and when your program takes place. The website may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance.

Your registration and payment

Submitting the form creates a registration request. The center reviews it and contacts you to confirm the arrangements and availability. A receipt acknowledgment alone does not confirm a place or verify payment.

The summary shows your program, chosen option and the amount calculated from your selections, including any applicable registration fee. If the amount or number of sessions is still to be agreed, speak with the center before paying. Available payment methods are displayed during booking.

For bank transfers, you can provide either the transfer reference or a receipt. The center checks the payment before marking it as verified. When PayPal is available, payment takes place through its service; this website does not request your PayPal login or card details.

Need to change your request?

To correct a detail in your enrollment or ask about your chosen program, contact the center with your enrollment reference. Avoid submitting several requests for the same enrollment and keep your personal tracking code private.

Information you provide

Depending on your request, we collect your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, date of birth, a parent or legal guardian’s details for a minor, and the identity information requested in the form, including the CIN number or, for Darija lessons, the learner’s passport number and nationality.

Your record may also include the selected program, level, goal, preferred dates and schedule, session count, expected amount, transfer reference and any receipt you choose to attach. Required fields are identified in the form; without those details we cannot process the request.

Do not send passwords, card details or information unrelated to enrollment. For a minor, use the parent or legal guardian’s details where the form asks for them.

How we use this information

We use this information to respond to your request, prepare and manage enrollment, check payments, contact you about your record and avoid duplicate requests. Technical data also helps protect forms and access against abuse.

Only authorized administrators can access registrations and receipts. Providers needed to run the website, hosting, email or payments may process relevant information as part of their service. Information may also need to be disclosed to meet a legal obligation. Your payment documents are not part of the website’s public photo gallery.

Receipts and WhatsApp

Before attaching a receipt, hide transactions and details unrelated to this payment. A transfer reference may be enough to submit your request; the center may ask for an additional document to check it.

After you submit the transfer details, WhatsApp may open automatically with a prefilled summary. The link contains that summary, so opening it passes those details to WhatsApp/Meta. You then choose whether to send the message to the center. The receipt uploaded to your record is not automatically attached to the WhatsApp message. Your request remains saved on the website even if you do not send the message.

Cookies, storage and external services

The website uses technical mechanisms for security, administrator sign-in and booking tracking. Some tracking information stays in your browser tab so you can return to your record during the visit. A security cookie may be kept for 24 hours.

Embedded maps come from Google Maps. Links to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and, when available, PayPal open services with their own privacy rules. When Cloudflare Turnstile is enabled on a form, it checks whether submissions come from visitors or automated tools.

With your permission, Google Analytics measures visits to public pages to help us improve the website. It receives information about the pages viewed, browser, device and general source of a visit. Booking forms, payment tracking and administration are excluded from this measurement. We do not send your contact details, documents, booking reference or tracking-link parameters to this tool. Google advertising features are not enabled. You can accept, decline or change your choice through ‘Cookie choices’ at the bottom of the page. Your choice is stored for 180 days in this browser. If you agree, measurement cookies are limited to the same duration; withdrawing your permission deletes them and stops measurement. Google also applies its own privacy policy. External services may nevertheless use their own cookies. You can manage storage in your browser; clearing it may end a session or require you to use your tracking details to find your record again.

Keeping records secure

The center keeps the information needed to process and follow up requests, registrations and payments. Some documents may need to be retained for administrative or accounting obligations, or to address a dispute. Deletion requests are considered alongside those obligations; they do not automatically erase every document.

Access and file checks restrict access to private documents. Keep your tracking link and access code confidential, especially on a shared device. Contact the center to find out what is held in your record or request deletion.

Your rights and who to contact

For questions about your data, contact OUAAZIZ Center using the details below. You may request access to your information, correction of it and, on legitimate grounds, object to its processing under the conditions of Moroccan Law 09-08.

Describe your request and include your registration reference if you have one. Do not send a copy of your identity document by email without being asked. If verification is needed to protect your record, the center will explain how to proceed. You can also contact the CNDP to learn about your rights or make a complaint.

Photos, content and updates

Photos, text, videos and brand materials on the website may only be reused as permitted by their rights holder or by law. To request permission or raise a concern about an image of you, write to the center and identify the relevant page.

This page may be updated as services or data-handling practices change. A change to this page does not retroactively replace the terms communicated for a confirmed enrollment.
