Choose a practical outcome
Instead of “learning computers,” choose a task: writing a readable CV, organizing a budget or presenting a project. This makes it easier to identify useful features and explain what you want from training.
Check your equipment
Before you begin, check which computer you can use and which software you already know. Describe a task you find difficult, such as formatting a CV, finding a file or organizing a spreadsheet. We’ll explain the tools covered in the training and what equipment to prepare.
Use what you learn again
Recreate an example with different data, then check the result: readable headings, sensible calculations and a file saved in the right place. A task you can repeat and explain is a more useful reference point than a long list of features you have seen.
Office software
